This app is pretty amazing, I had a garage sail and people that didnt have cash on them could check out on there CREDIT CARDS!!!!! I loved it.

Ive been meaning to write this for awhile, I have been using ring it up for over 18 months. I looked into buying a point of sales system $1800+, that wasnt an option. I tried every free POS app.... None of them did what I wanted them to do. Finally I took the chance on Ring it up. I had never paid this much for an app. But Im glad I did. Ive personally recommended it to other people getting ready to start a small business, so I thought I might as well make a public review online. When I first bought the app I was a little overwhelmed probably because i wasnt familiar with iphones. I use it on an ipod, I pretty much got it for that reason. But the creator spoke with me plenty of times to get me through. Hes a class act. I hope he develops more business apps. Best wishes, Your ring it up fan in NH.

Todd this is a great app, I do all of my quotes and invoicing form it. I would love to see and interface with squared up at some point, but not a deal breaker. Thanks todd for the great app.

This has been the best POS/invoicing app I have found. Very versatile and adaptable to many types of businesses. Author accessible and open to suggestions. Makes it very easy to bill and collect on the job paperless!!!

I have the product on my iPhone and on my iPad and i have been using it for the last couple years (i believe since it started being available on the apple store). The product is awesome but i have been asking for two years to be able to set price levels to different customers and i dont know why it hasnt been done yet. We may want to give different prices to different customers without having to go back to previous invoices to check the previous price we gave to certain customers, Different prices should be automatically connected to customers that we assign the price to, and when we assign an invoice to a customer, his special prices should pop up automatically. And one more thing why did they cancel in notes the "invoice printed" message that stays there to see. How can we be sure that we did not forget to print an invoice that we got????? We do print a lot of invoices remotely without being able to see if they printed at the warehouse or not. So now we have to check what was printed and what was not to make sure that we have sent all the days invoices to print. I would give the product five stars in a blink if they fix these two issues.

This App does what it said and a very useful tool.. For those people that are not that iPad savvy.. Contact customer support and they are very compliant with there support.. The money spend on the pro will be very well spent.. ^_^

Personally Ive been using this app for almost 4 years, owning the iPhone app first, then the iPad version (I wasnt aware of the Legacy version upgrade at the time), and everything within the app is great. I would definitely give this 5 star rating if they would just implement PayPal payments, or Square support. I used to really like the support built in for Innerfences CC Terminal, but since Innerfence completely screwed and isolated their customers trying to get an "Extra" piece of he pie for themselves, I wont use the reduction anymore. The support by this company is remarkable, even emailing me back on a weekend when I sent them a question. This company supports their users the way that all companies should.

I love this app. Because it has everything we need at our boutique. It has a barcode scanner. Printing capabilities and credit card integration. The only thing that its missing for is a layaway option.

No complaints with the app. Everything works! I had asked for something special to be put in the invoice total options, and about a month later, it was on the update. Ive been using this app for approximately 3 years. Support staff for the app is very responsive and want to help! Highly recommend!!!

This version of the app only allows for 10 transactions before you are asked to upgrade. Weird. Useless.

Used to work with paypal but not with the newer version... Developer is unwilling to try to fix it since he had it working with older version of paypal. , No way to upload product images via flat file... With over 1000 products, Im not willing to manually add images one by one, per developers suggestion.

I love the easiness and reliability of this app. The only thing I am missing is the ability to see a total number of product of what I have in inventory per category. It would be helpful instead of always counting. But I LOVE this app!

This app is by far the easiest, most intuitive and effective POS app. I had searched high and low for a POS app that didnt require me to switch credit card processing. I have been using my credit card processor for years and am very happy with it. I found some other apps that would allow me to stay with my current processor, but they charged a somewhat hefty monthly fee. I downloaded trial versions of at least 15 other POS apps, to try out. None of them offered the flexibility, the ability to customize to fit your needs and most of them didnt give you the option to attach a customers name to the receipt. Our business is a music rehearsal facility. We are service oriented and many of our customers use the receipts that they get from us as tax deductions, so its important that we are able to customize each clients receipt with their name. Ring it Up offers this, which is a huge plus. This app does everything it is supposed to do without being complicated. It is intuitive, simple as well as comprehensive. Additionally, Todd, the developer and owner provides absolutely superb customer service. Having experienced the typical hiccups when learning a new app, I had to email Todd with questions. Every time that I emailed him with a question, he responded within an hour. He has been incredibly helpful and patient with me as I have gotten to know the app. We are now using this app and it is a pleasure. It has saved me time and money. I am importing date into excel instead of paying a bookkeeper to do it manually using my old receipt books. I know longer have to buy those expensive receipt books. Additionally, the data backup on this app works beautifully. Never a worry about losing all of my data. To sum it up, kudos to Todd, his terrific app , as well as his great customer service, not to mention the extremely fair, one time only $39.00 price. Its great!!!

I have been using the pro version since it came out, several years ago, to run my farm, and market meat sales. It has worked almost flawlessly during this time, and when there are bugs the developer quickly fixes them. The developer is also quick to reply to any questions that I have. Thats critical when for an app like this. Its so nice to quickly ring up a sale, and to have a record of that transaction. I also can easily look up how much was sold for any period of time so that I can better judge future sales, and cash flow. Yeah, there are other apps that offer back end data sync, but you typically pay for that, in the range of $40+ per month. I dont need that. Otherwise, this app does almost everything the expensive POS systems do.

Ive looked at a lot of different POS apps written for the iPhone and the iPad. This is by far the best! It has some incredible features that allow you to track your profits, inventory and sales. Ive just paired it with a mobile receipt printer and credit card reader. I dont think theres anything they missed. Ive been using it to operate my company and am very impressed with all the features and benefits it offers me. I would suggest it to anyone who has a mobile business like me!

I have probably tried every mobile POS out there and this one is the best by far. It has a ton of features and most of all, when you write for support they actually return your email. I use the card reader and airprint features. You get so much for the cost. It is worth the cost.

I noticed a lot of crashing as I wanted to delete transactions I put in while experimenting. Update: I just read that the ability to delete transactions is disabled in free version- that explains my problem!

I am operating a small business by myself. When I found this app 2 years ago.I give up the Peatree that we been used for many years. I have been using it for 3 years now. Very powerful app with a lot of good features. I use it to send price quote to my customers; create and send invoice. I can even collect money online from my customers. I can respond to my client at any in any place. It has very good customer support too!
