Ring It Up is the best

This app is by far the easiest, most intuitive and effective POS app. I had searched high and low for a POS app that didnt require me to switch credit card processing. I have been using my credit card processor for years and am very happy with it. I found some other apps that would allow me to stay with my current processor, but they charged a somewhat hefty monthly fee. I downloaded trial versions of at least 15 other POS apps, to try out. None of them offered the flexibility, the ability to customize to fit your needs and most of them didnt give you the option to attach a customers name to the receipt. Our business is a music rehearsal facility. We are service oriented and many of our customers use the receipts that they get from us as tax deductions, so its important that we are able to customize each clients receipt with their name. Ring it Up offers this, which is a huge plus. This app does everything it is supposed to do without being complicated. It is intuitive, simple as well as comprehensive. Additionally, Todd, the developer and owner provides absolutely superb customer service. Having experienced the typical hiccups when learning a new app, I had to email Todd with questions. Every time that I emailed him with a question, he responded within an hour. He has been incredibly helpful and patient with me as I have gotten to know the app. We are now using this app and it is a pleasure. It has saved me time and money. I am importing date into excel instead of paying a bookkeeper to do it manually using my old receipt books. I know longer have to buy those expensive receipt books. Additionally, the data backup on this app works beautifully. Never a worry about losing all of my data. To sum it up, kudos to Todd, his terrific app , as well as his great customer service, not to mention the extremely fair, one time only $39.00 price. Its great!!!
