When you thought the best cant possibly get better...

Ive been a user of this app since the beginning and I can tell you there is nothing better. Im a computer consultant who does on site service for residential, small and medium size businesses. RingItUp takes care of all my accounting (invoicing, payables, receivables, tax calculations, payment processing, including credit cards) inventory, appointment and time management, reports of activity, sales, inventory, revenue and everything else. RingItUp is an app designed for small to medium size businesses providing products or services. It is complete business management solution: a one stop shop that does it all and does it perfectly. You can keep and track your inventory(all aspects including item based applicable taxes) ,setup appointments with built in calendar, create and edit invoices(you can customize the invoice to your company, logo, etc.), accept different payment methods including credit card payments, keep a customer database (also imports people from contact list), keep track of your expenses(takes pictures of your receipts so you dont have to worry about loosing them). I also love the reporting section: it can generate reports regarding expenses, sales, revenue and profit, inventory, within a given time and many other variables, and email those reports directly to your accountant!!! It backs up all data with options to email it, save it to the iOS, or do a direct backup to your Dropbox account. There are a lot of other features and abilities that make this product the best in its class. It did effectively replace my PC accounting and business management suite which cost me a few hundred dollars annually. The support is simply fantastic! Ive only encountered a couple of bugs in the years Ive been using this app. I was contacted within minutes of notifying the support department. They were very quick to fix the issues! In short, if you are picky and organized in business, this is your complete solution and barely costs anything. It replaces a few software packages that cost hundreds of dollars more. Thank you for such a wonderful software and making my life so much easier! I would give this app 10 stars if I could. And no, I dont work for the developers, I just appreciate a good thing :-)
Update: new interface is nice. Takes getting used to But more user friendly I think.
