I am so upset with this new update. Previously, I enjoyed the use of this app, which I use everyday in my business. This new upgrade should have come with a warning. It is totally redesigned, but not for the better. Numerous bugs, poorly designed, Apparently not thoroughly tested. This should not have been released.
1. The ability to distingquish between my different business screens, by adding my own photos is not longer available. I personally think the esthetic design is very unattractive and hard for the eye to find items.
2. The product ordering screen is unprotected and always out, allowing for inadvertant changing of invoices. Even paid invoices can be accientally changed by a simple touch of your hand. Previously, you had to select the cart and then press to confirm the addition of new products to an order. Now it just adds them. It does not have any beep/sound or warning when adding new items, so simply picking up my iPad can be enough to change an already paid invoice - AND not even know it has been changed. Truly a nightmare for anyone trying to manage a business accurately.
3. There a numerous bugs, including the tax being subtracted from the total rather than added. And multiple amounts the same item being added in as the price of just one! Beware and check the math! This is super bad news and makes this app unusable.
I wrongly assumed that this was redesigned to create a better product. I feel like you went to far away from what was already working. It feels like I opened my POS system and a totally new and inferior app has taken its place. I am distressed by this and angry, because I did not choose this and my business depended on it.
One question: How can I get back the version that I liked that actually worked?
